Get Auntie Notes
Useful workplace thinking, sent when I have something worth sending.
Auntie Notes is where I send the things that deserve a little more room than a social post or a 60-second video.
Sometimes that will be a new Field Guide entry or judgment rep. Sometimes it will be a workplace question I can’t stop thinking about, a useful way to look at a familiar problem, or something I’ve read that made me reconsider what I thought I knew.
There will also, inevitably, be occasional side-eye.
What there will not be is a manufactured weekly crisis because the content calendar says it is Thursday.
What might show up in your inbox
New Office Auntie teaching and Field Guide entries. Practical ways to think through ambiguous work. Notes on judgment, feedback, AI, early-career learning, and the strange little decisions office jobs keep producing. Occasionally, something I simply think is worth passing along.
No hustle quotes. No obligation to pretend every email is life-changing.
